Eddie Rasco has been building Custom Homes since 1987.
He is also a Registered Architect, licensed in the State of Texas, having earned his Professional Degree in Architecture from The University of Houston in 1979. He has been designing and building Custom, Luxury Homes in The Woodlands, Houston, Lake Conroe, Tomball and Magnolia, Texas.
The Nationally recognized Aurora Awards, affiliated with the National Home Builders Association and considered the Grammys of the Home Building Industry, salutes the outstanding creative achievement in Architectural Design and Land Use Planning for Residential and Commercial projects. Judging criteria is based on compatibility and harmony of the project to its environment, innovative detailing and special and unique design solutions.
For over 30 years, the Golden Nugget Awards which are sponsored by the California Building Industry Association and affiliated with the National Home Builders Association are considered the Academy Awards of the Building Industry. The Golden Nugget Awards have been synonymous with true excellence in the building industry.
Eddie has had the distinct honor of winning several National Awards including the “Grand Aurora Award” for “Best Custom Home” and the “Golden Nugget Award”, for “Best Custom Home”.
Awards are nice, but Eddie is more concerned about building the home that the customer will truly enjoy. If you already have your plans, he will build from those. If you need him to design your home, he looks forward to working with you and incorporating your ideas.

“The Karve Residence” winning the Grand Aurora Award utilizes the joint integration of the art of the floor and walls with the simplicity of combining cabinetry and appliances to make a stemless work of art of the kitchen and family spaces. “This house is a lesson on how to integrate a kitchen into a family living space without screaming appliances. The creativity of this kitchen was to design a piece of art and this was accomplished perfectly” says Marla Ottenstien, Aurora Judge. In addition this art deco style depicts a perfect marriage of exterior and interior furnishings and stays true to its theme through.
